This accommodation offered a convenient location with easy access to public transportation - just a short distance to the bus and metro stations. the staff provided efficient service and were very helpful with guests' needs. Rooms were clean and cozy with comfortable beds, well-maintained bathrooms, and basic amenities such as hot water, towels, and toiletries. the hotel provided luggage assistance and arranged transportation as needed.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as an elevator and a reliable WiFi connection.

We loved the location of the hotel, made transportation easy with its proximity to Kempegowda bus station and Rajajinagar Metro station. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was a top priority, especially evident in the well-maintained toilet and the sanitary premises in general. We also appreciated the basic facilities provided by the hotel, such as parking and breakfast.

Great Location and Excellent Service During our recent city break, we had a fantastic time at our hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to many local restaurants, which allowed us to easily explore the area. we appreciated the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to help us with anything we needed and were friendly and approachable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the clean and comfortable room that offered us a relaxing place to rest after a busy day of exploring.
the room was a bit small, which made it difficult to move around, and the surroundings were a bit noisy at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, which made it easy to find a place to eat. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a nice perk. Lastly, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast that was quite tasty.
My Christmas stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The room was dirty and smelled musty, making it difficult to relax.
